According to the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell, the passing marks for each subject in the LL.B. 3-year programme in Maharashtra is 40 out of 100 marks. This applies to all three years of the programme. Additionally, to pass the programme, a student must obtain a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in all the subjects taken together.
