    To pass the Amrita engineering entrance examination, you need to score at least 60% aggregate.

    In computer Science and engineering the cut off goes around 194.5, and for the electronics and communication engineering its 193.5, for electrical and electronics engineering its 182 and for the mechanical engineering the cutoff is 159.

    There is no such minimum marks criteria in AEEE. All the questions in AEEE are of Multiple-Choice type and have four options as possible answers. Candidates can choose the most appropriate answer for each question in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Answers marked can be changed later, before the final submission of all the answers. 3 (Three) marks are awarded for each correct answer and -1 (negative one) for each wrong answer.

The AEEE 2026 slot booking for the phase 2 exams will start a week before the exam in April or May 2026.
