The NIOS class 10 exam is conducted for 100, each paper carries a maximum of 100 marks. Group A and group B subjects make up the NIOS 10 exam pattern.
All the students must pass at least five subjects, including one or at most two language papers from group A, and other three to four subjects from group B.
The final exam will be 85 marks but will be scaled down to take 64 as the maximum marks
The TMAs will be 20 marks, but will also be scaled down to take 16 marks as the minimum marks
The practical will be 20 marks
