    The Vellore Institute of Technology Research Entrance Examination (VITREE) exam pattern for PhD applicants is as follows -

    • The VITREE is conducted online, and the examination lasts two hours.

    • A total of 100 MCQs will be asked in the examination. 

    • For each correct answer, 1 mark will be rewarded. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. 

    • The VITREE question paper for PhD consists of the following questions: (Technical - 70 questions, English communication skills - 15 marks, and statistics and probability - 15 marks)
