What is the per annum living cost at this college considering the hostel and mess charges altogether?

Dear Sayan, The hostel charges will be around Rs 8,000 per month per person on twin sharing basis including the mess charges. Rest the charges could be revised but will remain around this only. The hostel is located 1/2 km away from the college. Rest feel free to ask any questions.
