45% percentage in PCM, it is entrance based. You are eligible for entrance only if you have 45% marks in PCM. Also, this is general criteria but differ from college/university to college/university.

The eligibility criteria for BCA is different from university to university, so in general you need to score at least 45% in +2 in order to be eligible for BCA in general colleges. For BCA, you need at least 55% in you 10+2 and with no backlogs and the rest depends on the college you want to apply in.
