    Hi Raghavendra,
    You need to score 60+% in each semester. But, to get an admission in a good university, you need to score 70%-75% in every semester of engineering. All the Best.

    Generally, Canadian universities need a high aggregate for MS and Masters in Engineering programs, close to about 65% and the minimum aggregate also depends on what Masters programme you are keen on applying to. Also having said that, Post Graduate Diploma programs do not need very high aggregates.
