For sports quota, you can get into SRCC even if you have your percentage in 60s.
But you need to have a very good record in your field of sports. And also, you need to give trials.
For OBC, parents annual income certificate is checked to know whether you fall under creamy or non-creamy layer.
For SC/ST, you have a lower cutoff percentage. Usually comes down to 80s.
But, you can't apply for two reservations. Either you choose Sports quota or SC/ST/OBC quota.

Even if you have 70%-80% you may get in through sports quota given you have very strong and impressive records in your sport and perform well in your trials. OBC quota requires higher percentage compared to sports quota, at least 94/95 %. But you can either apply for Caste reservation (OBC) or sports quota. Not both.
