The eligibility requirements to be admitted to the BCom programme at Punjab University might differ with respect to the type of the candidate. In case of general category students, the lowest percentage that is required in class 12 th is 50%. There can be a relaxation in the minimum percentage required, however, to the candidates of reserve category like SC/ST, OBC, PwD, etc. One should also refer to the official site of the Punjab University or the brochure on the admission to know the eligibility criteria of the BCom programme in detail.

To take admission in the B.Com course offered by Panjab University, applicants must fulfill one of the following eligibility criteria. Applicants must have passed 10+2/equivalent securing an aggregate minimum of: 45% marks with three prime Commerce subjects. 50% marks with two prime Commerce subjects. 55% marks in any stream.

If you belong to a General category then you need at least more than 85 %to get admission in PU at any stream. But if you have any quota or belongs to a reserved category then 65% is enough. Hope it helps.
