    The percentage requirement for BLS LLB 2nd-year admission in PGCL (Pravin Gandhi College of Law) may vary depending on the institute's admission criteria and policies. However, as per the Bar Council of India (BCI) rules, students are required to pass all the subjects of the 1st year BLS LLB course to be eligible for admission to the 2nd year.
    Regarding changing the college in the 2nd year, it may be possible, but it is subject to the policies and regulations of both the institutes involved.
