My profile: 10th(WB board)-83.37, 12th(WB board)-78.20, B.Tech(IT) from WBUT(inhouse)-76.20 and work experience-1 year.

I think there is a slight confusion here. IISWBM & IIM are two seperate entities. For IISWBM, you need to get 60 percentile in order to secure your place plus your GD-PI performance matters.

Well it completely depends on the cut offs of that particular year and also which IIM you want to choose. You have a decent marks in all your academics to get admission in desired college.90%+ is always a safe side for sure. Work hard and reach your goal. The more percentile you get the chances of getting IIM/IISWBM is higher.
