You should have at least 95 percentile.

The final rank, corresponding to the percentiles, will be based on the best of the scores of JEE-Mains January 2019 and April 2019 exam. Kindly wait for the results to be announced and the cut off to be displayed.

You can get a seat in NIT Surathkal, if your JEE percentile score is greater than 90% and you want to get a good branch then your percentile should be more than 95%.
