LPU's Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET) for sports/PE programs includes: 50m sprint, standing broad jump, overhead medicine ball throw (3kg men/2kg women), and 1000m run/walk. You need to bring your sports equipment together with your medical fitness certificate for the test.
