As per the report, the highest package offered to BTech graduates for 2025 placements stood at INR 56.30 LPA. The average and median packages stood at INR 12 LPA and INR 9 LPA, respectively. The IIIT Vadodara average package for BTech and M.Tech courses stood at INR 11.34 LPA and INR 6.17 LPA, respectively.
