The AAFT placement process comprises seven steps. The step-by-step process is explained below:

Step 1	Register	Get registered with the placement cell
Step 2	Career Mapping	A career map is created on the basis of student's academic achievements
Step 3	Workshops	AAFT Noida organises workshops to develop the right aptitude and skill set
Step 4	Grooming Sessions	Personality development sessions are conducted to enhance the personality of each student
Step 5	Aptitude Test	This includes pre-placement talks and written test
Step 6	Mock Interviews	As part of the career guidance mock test are conducted
Step 7	Final Placement	Final on-campus or off-campus interviews are held
