<p>The placement process at HPNLU Shimla is carried by the training and placement cell, which includes the following steps:</p><p><strong>Pre-Placement Talks:</strong> Interested orgnaisations hold pre-placement talks in consultation with PAC</p><p><strong>Pre-Placement Talks:</strong> Organisations seeking to recruit from HPNLU can hold pre-placement talks in consultation with the respective committee</p><p><strong>Pre-Interview Screening:</strong> Recruiters conduct screening process that includes GD before the final interview day</p><p><strong>Final Interview Round:</strong> Recruiters shortlist candidates and the result is published</p><p><strong>Offer Letter:</strong> Recruiters send the offer letter to students through the placement cell</p><p><strong>Final intimation of Offer: </strong>The Recruiter has to send the offer letter to the students through the Placement Assistance Cell</p><p>It is to note that placement process at HPNLU Shimla is subject to placement guidelines that is issued by the University from time to time. &nbsp;</p>
