    The majority of recruiters that participate in ITM (SLS) Baroda University placements follow the following process:

    Step 1: Presentation about the Company & Job Profile (PPT)

    Step 2: Written Exam (Aptitude/ Technical Test)

    Step 3: Group Discussion (10 to 12 Students)

    Step 4: Technical Interview (One to One)

    Step 5: HR Interview

    Step 6: Verification of Documents

    Step 7: Any other as per the company request
