    The step-by-step placement process followed at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law is presented below:

    Initial Communication with the Recruiter Invitations are sent to recruiters along with the placement brochure and relevant information
    Pre-Placement Talks Pre-Placement Talks (PPT) by the recruiter with the interested candidates are conducted to make the candidates aware of the recruiter's vision, career prospects, compensation package, employer expectations and work culture
    Pre-Interview Screening ProcessPre-Interview Screening Process may be conducted prior to the final interview. This includes virtual interviews, group discussions, written questionnaires or any other processes that the recruiter considers necessary
    Final InterviewRecruiters send the list of students to be interviewed for the position offered
    Intimation of OffersRecruiter shall intimate offer (s) made to the selected candidates solely through the Placement Cell
