    LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible students to secure good placement. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies (Aspiring Minds, ASSOCHAM, Zee News) also with regard to placements of our students. Several Big Brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic session 2015-2016 for campus placements, students training/workshops, faculty development, etc. and the process is still going on at full pace. Around 150+ companies visit every year for campus-placement of students from LPU. And this year already more than 150 placement drives of leading industry giants have been conducted successf

    The highest package offered for this programme in the previous year was 31 LPA by Code Nation and the average package was 4.8 LPA.
    Companies that visit LPU for placements is Volkswagon, Voltas, Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India, Wilmar, Anglo-Eastern Ship Mgt. , Asahi India, Rockman (Hero group), Dharam Consulting, Samundra, Indo-MIM, Sandhar Technologies, Maruti, Lava, XL Dynamics, Asahi India, Cleanmax Solar, Elgi Equipments, etc. LPU has set a record for the highest placements in India. These are some of the reasons that LPU has become the first choice of both national and international students.

    Mechanical engineering is one of the oldest & immortal Engineering disciplines. Expertise of Mechanical engineers is not only limited to design, develop, build, and test but also they can deal with anything that moves, from components to machines to the human body.
    LPU always provides great opportunities of Placement to each & every students.
    Last Year (Till Date) Placement Record of Mechanical Engineering of LPU (In spite of present pandemic situation):
    31 LPA (Code Nation) was the highest salary package OFFERED.
    Student also availed: 6 LPA (DELHIVERY)
    4.8 LPA is the average salary package of the Batch.
