As per the placement report available on the official website, the highest package offered during placements in 2023 stood at INR 25.5 LPA. Over 300 recruiters participated in the 2023 placement drive. The placement record for Marketing at NL Dalmia is also very good. The top recruiters of NLA Dalmia are <span lang="EN-IN">KPMG, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Aditya Birla Capital, Deutsche Bank, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Godrej Capital Limited, JP Morgan, and others.&nbsp;</span></p>

NL Dalmia has concluded its PGDM placement drive for 2022. As per the placement report available on the official website, the highest package offered during placements in 2022 stood at INR 15.3 LPA. Further, the average and median package offered by the college was INR 8.51 LPA and INR 8 LPA, respectively. A total of 120 recruiters participated in the 2022 placement drive and out of which 32 were first-time recruiters. The highest package offered in 2022 was INR 15.3 LPA. The placement record for Marketing at NL Dalmia is also very good.

The placements are tremendous and youll get plenty of opportunities to choose from but it is your duty to maintain a capable academic record so that you can fetch a job in the best company that visits the university for recruitment.The placement in MBA at LPU is about 95% and above. Almost all batches were placed in well-known companies. Average package offered for MBA students is 4.5 LPA. The university organizes many external workshops for the holistic learning of the students along with exemplary placements. Universitys environment is quite decent that offers extensive exposure to its students. They also organize interactive sessions, learning workshops and guest lectures on a regular basis. International Placement has been offered to LPU students by companies like Khimji Ramdas, SobhaDevelopers,The Oberoi Mauritius, AAA Dynamic Consulting, MIOEC,APDC,Emrill, Tex Fasteners, Ariana Television Network, Maw Nepal, Hengtong Optic-Electric India, Medicopedia etc. by recruiting LPU students for locations across USA, Middle-East, South Asia, South Africa etc and offering a highest salary package of up to Rs. 24 LPA.

The average package for this year is around 5 to 6 lakhs p.a. And the highest package was around 9 lakhs p.a. for this year. placement opportunities are given to all students who opt for it.
