Looking at the past three years' (2020 to 2022) records of NSHM Kolkata placements, an improving trend was observed in the highest and average packages offered. The highest package for NSHM Business School, NSHM Design & Media School, and NSHM Institute of Computing & Analytics improved by a good percentage from 2020 to 2021 drive and for the past two years (2021 and 2022), the amount has been constant. On the other hand, the average package for the aforementioned schools increased year-on-year from 2020 to 2022. For instance, the average package offered to NSHM Business School students increased by almost 5% from 2020 to 2021
