The average package is 7lacs with a max of 15-16 lacs.The package requirements etc depends on the company on campus. The college is good

Hi Jagadesh, You have a pretty good work experience. Companies do prefer candidates with work ex during the final placements. Final placements are approx 75-80% depending on the economic climate. Average package for a work ex candidate is around 8L and max can go upto 15-18L depending on your overal
