The B.Sc. Agriculture course provided by the LPU is approved by ICAR i.e. Indian Council of Agriculture and Research an autonomous body responsible for co-ordinating agricultural education and research in India. It reports to the Department of Agricultural Research and Education, Ministry of Agriculture. And Punjab State Council for Agricultural Education (PSCAE). A four year Agriculture degree programme which produces graduates with broad understating of Agriculture and allied Science with broad understanding of agriculture related problems and got expertise through well planned on-field implementation, basic concepts in disease, insect pest, weeds and nutrient disorders to enhance the production. I am existing student of LPU. I am living in Amritsar. In my neighbour a girl study in LPU. Her course is B.Sc. Agriculture. I am asking her why are you taking admission in LPU? She saying me its really good for placement. They giving PEP classes to students for placements and also told me about infrastructure and other activities. I get information about placement of agriculture and now, I am sharing with you all. Maximum placement of agriculture is 1 crore. Along with this, many Industries come and hired students and give average salary that is 6 Lacs per annum. LPU also achieved the Guinness World Records title of "the largest online video album of people saying the same sentence, " where students are thanking LPU for making them a part of its the largest PLACEMENT NETWORK!
