The average placement of the student in finance department is near to 4.5 per annum and it may vary like 5.5 if your interview goes well.

Average student doesn't mean you cant achieve that highest pay package, It is all about your knowledge, skills and expertise you gain in Pgdm program. In my suggestion, first take admission in your desired college and then evaluate yourself.
If you will opt for finance specialization
the pay scale is around
Average is 4 lakhs
Maximum 7.5 lakhs
MInimum 3 lakhs
