    Hello,
As of now, SP Jain offers PGDM in only four streams - Finance, Marketing, IT/Information Management, and Operations. There is no scope for the HR stream.

    Hi Pawan,
SPJIMR offers PGDM in only four specializations viz Marketing, Finance, Information Management and Operations, and Supply Chain Management. We do not offer PGDM in Human Resource Management as of the 2020 batch.

The scope of HRM is very wide:
Personal aspect- This is concerned with manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement, transfer, promotion, training and development, layoff and retrenchment, remuneration, incentives, productivity, etc.
Welfare aspect- It deals with working conditions and amenities such as canteens, creches, rest and lunch rooms, housing, transport, medical assistance, education, health and safety, facilities, etc.
Industrial relations aspect- This covers union-management relations, joint consultation, collective bargaining, grievance and disciplinary procedures, settlement of disputes, etc.
