University was quite young as it started in 2006. Lets talk about experience:Many of my known alumni are placed in very good and reputed companies in different cities and some are placed abroad also Industrial exposure is offered through in-house training programs. 100% Placements Of Eligible Students With the highest Offered Package Of Rs 30 LPA. The university organize many external workshops for their students. The package provided by on-campus jobs is also more than satisfactory. University environment is very much decent with technical security. They also organize regular interaction one-on-one sessions with experts where one can discuss their views and share their doubts and problems. Companies visit to the university for Placements: Placements and job opportunities in LPU are good and now it is getting better and better. There are loads of companies with LPU has tied up for placement of their students. Various major companies take part in recruitment at LPU every year, some as Google, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Accenture, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Oracle, SNAP deal, Vodafone, Airtel, LG, HCL and many more. On an average, 200 MNCs visit our campus every year, placing around 2000 students every year.

Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India has recognised the LPU as one the most Employable and Placements oriented University. According to LPU officials they usually says that they provide 100% placements to all the eligible and placement aspiring candidates. More than 700 giant companies are visiting University campus to recruit the Industry ready candidates made by LPU. More than 900 drives are being conducted in a year. Now just imagine there are only 365 days in a year, and 900 placement drives are the big number, which simply means that students might witness 4-5 drives at every alternative days. Hello, Lovely Professional University is always applauded in terms of placements. Recently LPU has been awarded with National Employability Award and Students of LPU are termed as Most Employable Students. There are two major points to be noted here, One is that Placement depends on the students equally as on the university, as student has to maintain a good academic record and should add few stars to his/her CV to land up on better placement. Secondly, University should not just focus on connecting student with the company, but should polish the student in such way that he/she is able to crack any interview easily. Being and LPU alumni, I have observed that LPU gives you ample opportunities to boost your CV and also focuses on over all development of student so that cracking any interview is a cake -walk. Many LPU students at LPU even hold multiple placement options, I am glad, I am one of those. Campus placement at Lovely Professional University has always been a sought after event for the final year students. Division of Career Services sets up recruitment drives and job fairs on a regular basis. Apart from this, it also extends abundant facilities such as resume writing sessions, career advisory services, and aptitude development workshops to proffer better placement to the students. Industry leading companies, every year, come to Lovely Professional University to participate in recruitment drives. Placements are administered by a team called Division of Career Services. This team aims to help students in obtaining relevant work experience to complement their academic studies and to develop appropriate skills and knowledge to be ready to work in tandem with best minds across industries. ASSOCHAM (Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India) rated LPU as best private university with regards to placements. Zee News Survey rated us as 11th Best in India in Placements. Several Big Brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic session 2015-2016 for campus placements, students training/workshops, faculty development, etc. and the process is still going on at full pace. Around 150+ companies visit every year for campus-placement of students from LPU. This year already more than 180 placement drives till February 2017 of leading industry giants have been conducted successfully (more than 90% being MNCs) for students passing out in 2017. In every engineer's life placement is the most important part which decides the future and builds a bright and successful career and it is very important to know about the placements stats of any institutions. LPU, every year, welcomes a large pool of worldwide MNCs and many consultancy firms, automobile companies and cooperate tycoons for each and every course and program of the university. Unlike other universities, LPU is a more industry oriented university than being an academics oriented university. It consists of one of the most promising and supporting placements cell and pre placement sessions, mock interviews and ample of internships. When it comes to statistics, LPU has not seen a high classy placement of crores. The highest package this year was 27 lakhs in Amazon with extra benefits. Moreover, it is capable of maintaining a good average for a lot of students. CSE and IT, the average package is 6 to 7 LPA EE and ECE, it is approx 5 to 7 LPA Civil and mechanical, it is 5 LPA LPU guarantees you an international placement too if you are dedicated and hardworking, Also, LPU's alumni have seen a gradual increase in their posts and promotions leading to a fast increment in their salaries.
