    The PMP exam is a comprehensive, computer-based exam that tests a candidate's knowledge and application of project management principles. It consists of 180 questions,  with 175 scored questions and 5 unscored pretest questions,  which cover a wide range of topics, including:

    • People (42%): Leadership, communication, and team management.
    • Process (50%): Planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling of projects.
    • Business Environment (8%): Understanding how projects align with business strategies and managing project constraints.
