What is the possibility of appearing in CAT if along with my Graduate Diploma from NIM I have an MBA degree from University of Wales?

I\'ve done a Graduyate diploma in Business Administration from NIM & that\'s why I\'m unable to go for CAT or XAT. I have an option of doing MBA Degree from University of Wales. UK. AFter that would I be eligible for CAT provided I get good scores?
