what is the possibility to appear for 5th and 6th Sem togther if I am not able to clear my backlog in the month of December?

I m student of mumbai University doing MCA Actually I had appeared for 3rd sem KT exam & regular 4th sem exam.but plz tell me that If I did not passes both da exam & if I cleared in DEC 2010 then whether I wll aaply for 5th n 6thsem in next May 2011 at the same time.plz reply me amolk14@yahoo.co.in
