What is the possibility to complete my graduation from the same college as I failed in final year and the duration of the course is over.

I have completed B.sc i and B.sc II year exam in regular mode, but i failed in B.sc final year in 2003.now the duration of my course has been completed, Can I complete my gradution from your collage. My subject are physics,math and statistic. Regards Kamal
