What is the possibility to do 1 year executive MBA after completing 3 years Diploma?

I have completed my 3 years Diploma in electronic instrumentation and control after 10+2.

    The eligibility criteria for seeking admission in EMBA is graduation degree. Unfortunately, UGC does not recognise Diploma in Engineering equivalent to a graduation. You are not eligible to seek admission in EMBA. You are further advised to do graduation in the subject of your choice to become eligible for seeking admission in MBA, EMBA or MBA through distance learning.
