What is the possibility to get job on the basis of 1year part time course in Industrial Relation and Personnel Management?

am doing a course on Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the Bhavans College of Communiocation & Management Kolkata. Its a 1yr part time course. I hav cmpltd my grads with English as major N also doing my MA. Can i get a job relating to HR admin. or doing ths course is useless.
