what is the prerequisation of Hardware and networking system administrator course?which language should i know perfectly?

i've completed my B.E. in cse, and im interested in the administration field so is there is any prerequisation for language like java, asp.net etc.? if yes then which language should i know perfectly? after this course should i've to give the APTITUDE TEST? please guide me.
