Candidates selected through SBI PO exam will be on a probation for two years. Candidates during the probation period are subject to continuous assessment. Those who qualify in the assessment as per the standards determined by the bank from time to time will be confirmed to the post of Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I). The selected candidates at the time of joining are required to sign a bond of INR 2 Lacs. They need to serve for a period of three years or else the bond will be invoked by the bank if the candidate resigns from the service of the bank before expiry of three years from the date of joining.
