    Submit the below-listed documents with the fee:

    1. Scanned ID proof
    2. Scanned address proof
    3. Scanned 10th mark sheet
    4. Scanned 12th mark sheet
    5. Scanned passport-size photo
    6. Cast certificate

    Print out the filled online admission form with a photograph affixed and duly signed. Demand Draft/Cash Challan for the program Fee/Fee for the first year/semester with your name, program code, and online Control No.
