    Just give up the NEET exam. So, you want to shift to other state. For this, your brother has to get into All India quota of NEET and try the recommended college during the period of counselling.

    For admission into MBBS courses in India, you have to appear the common entrance examination called NEET. There is no other gateway for admission. All the best.
