what is the procedure,availability of scholarship,suitable universities and exact fee of doing phd in either france or germany?
i want to utilize the govt. scholarships and grants to help sponsoring my degree as me or my family alone cant bear the expense of a foreign degree so i want to seek your help in findidng colleges which financially support their phd students by providing sufficient stipends and aids.

Hi Mukul, To pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail.
