What is the procedure, eligibility and entrance criteria of getting into JNU or DU for MCA?

I am currently pursuing BCA and I wasn't having maths in 12th. But, I have studied maths and statistics in the 1st and 2nd year. I am not able to understand the 10+2+3 criteria of JNU and have no information about DU.
