After giving BITSAT you must apply for the counseling conducted by BITS Pilani. Look for previous years' cutoff and, based on it, fill in the branch preferences. Once eligible for admission, you will get further instructions.

First, you have to appear for the Entrance Exam. Then you need to clear the eligibility criteria of 75% or above in 12th and 65% or above in PCM. Then, your score will matter for admission.

You just have to prepare for BITSAT entrance exams, after clearing you'll get a call for GDPI, after clearing that you can get in.
