What is the procedure for admission in ICT for M.Sc in chemistry?

I am in the final semester of B.Sc having chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and botany as my subjects. I'm not a domocile of Maharashtra. How can I apply for M.Sc in chemistry? I am not a domicile of Maharashtra.

The candidates are basically offered admission in Masters Programs on the basis of their GATE/GPAT score.
