What is the procedure for admission to BVSc in colleges in Mumbai?

<p>Students must pass NEET UG exams to seek admission in Mumbai colleges for BVSc . The admission process to the BVSc programme requires successful completion of NEET UG followed by obtaining grades higher than the established cutoff standards established by both Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell and Veterinary Council of India. All candidates need to complete their Class 12 studies with minimum 50% marks (or 40% for reserved categories) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Students need to register on the Maharashtra CET Cell portal which they must follow by taking part in the counseling session for choosing their preferred college. The fees at government veterinary colleges remain affordable to students whereas admissions at private colleges often cost more. The seat allocation system considers NEET scores together with category and interested student openings.</p>
