What is the procedure for applying marine or aeronautical Engg?

Hi sir i am akash. now i am in 3rd year computer science diploma. i want to do my carrier in marine or aeronautical engg. so tell mi the procedure and percentage required for that courses and also tell mi some colleges for aeronautical or marine engg. in maharashtra. my decision is correct or wrong?
