Hi Himanshu, Entrance to University is from IIT-JEE merit rank only and the university does not conduct its own exam. You need to at least sit for IIT-JEE exam and score good marks. After that, it depends on what state you belong to I. e. if you are not a resident of Uttarakhand, you can apply here by general counselling process and if you are lucky to be a resident of Uttarakhand, you can apply here by attending UTU counselling by state merit list. Acceptance of seat is subjected to the rules displayed on the website. Thankyou.

For that, first, you have to appear for JEE Mains if you are the resident of outside Uttarakhand and UTU if you are a resident of Uttarakhand. After that, you have to apply for the UTU state counselling and then if the seat is allotted to you in that then you have to report to the college within the given period of time.
