Hi Himanshu, Entrance to University is from IIT-JEE merit rank only and the university does not conduct its own exam. You need to at least sit for IIT-JEE exam and score good marks. After that, it depends on what state you belong to I. e. if you are not a resident of Uttarakhand, you can apply here

For that, first, you have to appear for JEE Mains if you are the resident of outside Uttarakhand and UTU if you are a resident of Uttarakhand.
