What is the procedure for getting admission in ICT, Mumbai for B.Tech for foreigners?

Being a state government. Owned institute ICT-Mumbai doesn't offer any type of NRI quota. But, of course being from Maharashtra board can help you in acquiring an admission in UG levels.
