What is the procedure for joining as other state student?
Is there a lateral entry for other state students or should we begin from 1st year and what is the procedure to apply for it and it's qualifications? I am from Andhra Pradesh, I would like to join SASTRA University to pursue MCA.

It doesn't matter as you are from Andhra Pradesh. It only needs the student who has good score in IPE like above 95% or you can also get admission through JEE Mains exam where your score must be above 85%. So work well and do the best.
