Hello,
After class 12th, you should apply for NDA entry conducted by UPSC twice a year. For more information, refer www.ssbcrack.com
Moreover, you can also apply for Graduate entries. -

You can join defence services through three major exams:
NDA: At plus 2 level
CDS: After Graduation
AFCAT: After Graduation
The NDA & CDS examination is conducted by UPSC twice a year. There are other entries as well such as TES, UES, etc. but they have different eligibility conditions.
