What is the procedure for lateral entry in College for Military Engineering?

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech programs of College of Military Engineering is 10+2 pass with 70% marks in PCM for civilians. The admission are based on JEE Main/MH-CET ranks. Further there is no provision of lateral entry admission in CME, Pune.
