    You should join Chandigarh university in B.E-Leet programme under Aerospace Department. Chandigarh University is best for aerospace engineering LPU has nothing to compare with CU.     PEC college does not provide direct admission in 2nd year in aerospace engineering. In PEC college, Enrollment of student in 1st year through IIT-JEE Mains. So you can visit private university such as CU, SRM, Amity etc. For aerospace engineering. You can take admission through lateral entry in 2nd year of aerospace engineering in Chandigarh university.

    PEC Chandigarh does not offers direct second year admission in any B.Tech courses. All the admissions in B.Tech first year courses are based on the JEE Main ranks. So you have to seek admission in other Engineering colleges like CU, LPU and TIET etc.
