Steps -
1. Apply for XAT
2. Apply for XLRI Management Programs - HRM and/or BM and/or others
3. Clear XAT cutoffs - Get a call for GD/PI - separate calls for separate Programs
4. Appear for GD and Interview for each program - Ones you want to join
5. A Consolidated score based on XAT score, GD/PI
