What is the procedure of getting admission in a private and government college for MBBS through NEET 2016?

I have written NEET 2 and expecting 168 marks in it. Where can I get admission and how?

168 is a very low score if you belong to general category. With this score its nearly impossible to get into MBBS or BDS. Still you can try for some private BDS colleges.

Yeah I am aware of the fact that it's quite low. However, back in 2013 NEET, students scoring 168-180 also got placed in various medical colleges. Can you update me regarding that this year?
